1. Intellectual Property & Sensor Data

All proprietary hardware schematics and software algorithms remain the exclusive property of GeodeTech. Users are granted a non-transferable license for the duration of the mineral survey period. We'll provide the tools; you provide the field expertise.

2. Subscription & Licensing

Access to our SaaS geological survey dashboard is billed on a per-deployment basis. Accounts must remain in good standing to ensure uninterrupted data telemetry. Don't let a lapsed license stall your discovery timeline.

3. Limitation of Liability

While our sensors provide industry-leading accuracy, geological realities can vary. GeodeTech shall not be held liable for subterranean anomalies that fall outside our standard sensor calibration parameters. Precision is our priority, but nature is unpredictable.
